Hey all. Relatively new user here, looking for some help. I just bought some new sound packs during the sale, and in going to add them to my Digitone Keys, they will not add via Transfer. I thought maybe I’d need the latest OS update, but even that will not be recognized in the Transfer application. At startup, it sees and connects to the Keys, but will not allow sound packs as individual files or SysEx to be dropped, same for the OS SysEx. What is going on here? Customer care seems to be on vacation, so I’m hoping y’all have some good insights. Thanks!
