Cannot hear long samples on BD1,SD2

Hi All
Cannot hear long samples on BD1,SD2 only a few milliseconds of the sample start–even if sample start/end is correctly set
Anyone have a solution ?
Eg BT 5 --HT8 is fine

And what happens if you clear the filter and amp pages?

You clear by holding the button, for example the filter, and press play/clear.
