Can anyone explain what effects and processing is done to the vocals in this song? Ive heard it before but cant exactly place what makes it have that stacked effect. Is it just overlayed with a pitched down copy of the sample?

And can anyone recreate it on the octatrack?

Square LFO (fast) on the amp/volume, and a touch of plate reverb or slapback echo.

Or, just stick a rotary fan behind the microphone?
