Hello!
In an adventurous menu diving and exploring second time using the Rytm I found ‘calibrate’. I didn’t think about reading about it in the manual first (stupid), so I just went ahead and pushed it.
The process ended after a while, and after the calibration was done I noticed my BD track didn’t play back the sound correctly.
I deleted the kit, thinking it might have been corrupted in some way, but when I initialised the kit the BD track still behaves weird.
The BD HARD and CLASSIC machines just plays back the transient followed by some really, really low frequency noises. Even if I turn the tuning parameter all the way up it just makes hissing noises.
The other machines play back weird, but there is at least an audible sound.
The three tracks right of the BD track play back the way they should.
Has anyone else taken the same stupid turn and ended up with the same result or does anyone have any tips as to how I might be able to fix this?
After some further testing, it seems to be the filter. If I select a low pass filter and turn the frequency almost all the way down it seems to play back better. Could it be that the simple solution to this problem is to calibrate again?
Is it possible that the filter calibration took a wrong turn somewhere?
