How much would you be willing to pay for an A4 MK1 in pristine state (no extended warranty), especially now that you can get a new MK2 for 1100€?
I‘ve seen several of them going for 600 euro and I think that‘s a pretty amazing bargain as long as it is in reasonable good condition.

I’d pay more for the keys as their a bit scarcer. Probably £550.

Looks like the a4 mk1 buzz is picking up. If you’re in the US might want to try to get your bids in while there’s still some neglect.

I’m currently on the hunt for a MkI when I have some spare cash… random comment to track prices.
Brought one new when they came out; so was still missing a bunch of stuff compared to now; upgraded to an AK and sold the A4, but never gelled with the AK at all for design/aesthetic reasons.
Got an itch to give the A4 another go, and do some science experiments with her. One day…
That is a ridiculous price. Haven’t seen anything that low in the old world.

Bought one with a lid for $600. Seems to be the fair going rate. A lot of people still trying to get back more of the original cost though.
Just found one used at guitar center online for $659 us, purchased immediately. But now I really need to sell some things just to make room on my tables
I just bought one for 630 bucks, still has the plastic on the screen…Spent like 70 bucks on presets. Love it. Looking for a mountable rectangular magnifying glass for the display. My only gripe. Maybe just buy a pair of stronger reading glasses just when working on it. Great box. Love the Black MK1 style.

someone down the street was selling a pristine mk1 with lid last month for $700, and i swooped it up. probably could’ve waited and paid less, but the local sale was convenient. this thing’s a beast. i’m still learning.
