Buttons stopped working on RYTM MK1

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my Analog Rytm MK 1.
Recently, button 5 in the sequencer section and the first bank group button (A/E) stopped working. The LEDs light up and an already programmed sound can also be played. However, button 5 cannot be triggered (example: live recording). All other buttons work.
With the bank group button, all the others can be selected, only bank A/E can no longer be selected.
Can anyone give me a tip?

Probably needs to be cleaned.

Had the same issue with mine back in the day. You can try to start a ticket, or get some air duster and clean it yourself.

would also check them in test mode, unless you have already but
