Buttons? Serious problems

Having problems with the octatrack since January. Buttons seems to be stuck for a sometime and after continuous pressing they might click on/off. Makes the unit unusable. I was quoted €400 plus from elektron to repair it but, that is a ridiculous price. Anyone else had this problem fixed? I’m based in Ieland

Please contact us again, if it’s only the button mechanisms that are faulty, there seems to have been some confusion regarding the repair costs. Replacing buttons are usually nowhere near that costly.

Because I’m in Ireland, postage is 200 and then 200 plus vat for repairs. When its just a few sticky buttons that seems to be a manufacturing problem, as I know a few people who have had the same problem… I think the os was messing up the screen as well but, since I updated the os it seems to be ok.

Because of the postage, is there any where in Ireland that I could have this problem resolved.

ive just bought the octatrack, and im having a problem with the function button. it is always led. In the youtube tutorials that button is always unled. Can you help me with that?

Function button doesn´t have a LED. That LED is for toggling between Pattern and Arranger (press Function + Pattern to activate/deactivate).
