I don’t know if this is a bug, or not. MT & HT doesn’t make sound for:
Bank A, Pattern 11
Bank E, Pattern 12 (only HT doesn’t work)
So far, these are the ones I’ve noticed. Nothing I do makes these patterns produce sound for these pads. Can someone else confirm their unit does this as well? OS 1.2
I don’t have the factory pattern in Bank E any more but I still have Bank A pattern 11.
Mine are silent too. Not a bug tho. The “synth” volume is at 0 for both these pads by default it seems. Turn up the synth volume and you should get sound.
Try loading a kit into pattern 12 of bank E, and see if you can get the HT to make a sound.
Bank E, pattern 12 is one of my custom kits. Just tried it and no problems at all on the HT pad.
The HT pad is Trig button 8. Do you get any sound from pressing that trig button?
Check to make sure the pad is not muted.
Also it might just be a corrupt kit.
Re-sending via sysex or a factory reset {if you have nothing to lose) might fix the problem.
Check that Synth is set to Trig(1) on Note page, i think it’s pattern basd
