I am getting a bit stressed because I am doing livesets with the Heat +FX this summer, and it seems to change presets by itself. I have no MIDI or USB cable going in to it, just audio in and out.

So what happens is this:
I turn on the Heat, load the preset I want to use. I start playing though my liveset, and after about a minute, this happens.
that’s weird, haven’t experienced this before. 
either way, i feel like an update it long overdue for the AH + FX.
What could be wrong then? I pretty much experience it every time on boot 
And if it’s not a preset?
Can you dial settings again, and see if there is anything changing?
Make new preset, reboot it and try with old and then with new
I have tried with new presets, as I’ve been further developing my master chain to work with different PAs etc.
What do you mean by dial settings again?
I was thinking maybe it’s some modulation saved within preset

Confirmed that there’s no modulation active. It also makes sense that it’s not that, since it doesn’t happen when I load the same preset again.
it is analog, maybe some circuits heat up at that mark and start doing this? but if it is really a preset change than maybe the pot which you use dialing it is a little wonky…you could put the same preset multiple times in order and have it start in the middle so even when is changes itself it is just changing to the same preset different number…to get pots working again you can just turn it a bunch
But I am not on the preset loading screen when this happens, so I just don’t see how that could be the case.
okay than you should maybe video the bug and describe it to elektron support.
or you could make a backup of all your important presets and reset the device to factory state.
I would than even suggest building the preset new maybe even to really be sure there is no modulation or anything set…if it also has this beheviour after a factory reset you should send it back
