used DT770.
tested, trusted, supported by each & every piece of software for headphone mixing (if someday you need that).
OP specifically wants in-ears.
(I never liked the 770 fwiw.)
Yeah I have a very nice set of NDH20 for home use
I used to have DT770 but broke them, the NDH are a decent step up. But not very portable lol.
I ended up with Final E1000. I also tried the Zero ones but I don’t love that over-ear-wire IEM thing and the Final sounded more pleasing to me. Not sure if they are less accurate but they have more bass and I like the fit so I’m pretty happy for the price!
Surprisingly good for the money right? Happy you like them!
Very much so - only referenced my own stuff through them but sounded great and as intended. I like them so much I bought a better cable!
Couldn’t resist a couple of upgrades - so much better seal (bass!) from the spinfits and I’m less annoyed by this ridiculously bulky cable.
Went a bit further down the rabbit hole as wanted to see how good the next tier up is… Turns out very!
Picked up the Moondrop May for a very good price - has a usb dac thing but runs very well on a standard 3.5mm 2 pin.
I’m saying best of all worlds!
