My Tempo button just disintegrated the other day. I took the OT apart and it broke apart right at the base of the button (the black plastic part).
I contacted Elektron a couple days ago and submitted a ticket to purchase some replacement buttons. I know NAMM is coming up, but is it typical that tickets like this get no response for a couple days?
Alternately - are those button assemblies used by Elektron available from regular parts places like Mouser/Farnell?
