I designed a new CV breakout for the A4/AK simple and neat, it has 2x 1/4" TRS sockets and 4x 3.5mm sockets so that you can connect all the CV outs using 2x insert cables and 4x 3.5mm patch cables, it has a hole so that you can screw it to a desk or whatever. Here are a couple of pics:

Could also be used for Rytm to send sounds into modular etc, or axoloti (thanks to Tom Whitwell for suggesting this)
