Brand new octatrack won't start

Same as here:

Octatrack mkii (black) blank screen on startup

Elektron want to look at the unit. This means they are probably aware that something has gone. USB controller or CPU PCB according to support. So sending it in for repair

Looks like poster in that thread sent it back in.
