Brand New Octatrack MK2 Constant Crashing

I just got a new octatrack and it crashes constantly with the below error.

I have tried upgrading to 1.31, formatting the cf card, and doing the function test which passed

I put in a support ticket but idk elektrons turn around time and only have a few days to exchange with guitar center

Clearly faulty. Return it to Guitar Center for an exchange under warranty. This should be independent from the trial return period (at least it is here in the EU).
