Brand New A4 mk2 rubber feet issue?

HI ,

Has anybody had an issue with A4mk2 ‘rocking’ due to one rubber foot pad being not thick enough or wrongly affixed?

Or possible bent chassis?

Any advice?

Yeah, I’m having this issue with my A4 mk2. Don’t know exactly what to attribute that issue to. I can just say that on some surfaces it rocks harder than on others. Probably flatness of surfaces vary a lot too. Either way, I found a place for it on my desk where it sits still and forgot about it. Can’t be bothered to return it now as I’ve already been through this a couple of times with other issues and couldn’t take another break from my unit. Though if I had found it out sooner, I would’ve probably contacted Elektron support for a solution.

I got a like-new second hand A4 MK2 and it has the issue you describe. I stick a piece of cardboard under the problematic pad, et voila! Fantastic piece of gear otherwise.
