BOOM CHICK and ASSEMBLER by Pittsburgh Modular & Cre8Audio

I got both and I think they’re great. But the power supply plug was DOA for the boomchick so I had to put it in a case and power it with my modules. Annoying but the machine itself is great!

I’m intrigued by these, but don’t know if I have any use since I already have Bastl Bestie and OTO Bebe Cherie for mixing…

Keep sharing delicious details!

Three aux sends baby!

I also have 1010 Bluebox, which has a few sends, but not sure if it’s 3.

Just ordered a Boom Chick. I have a Drum Brute impact which I hardly use except for a few channels so I can throw this thing into my rack next to my Vector sequencer and either sequence it directly or let it sequence itself. And, cant it also sequence other gear in the rack using those tracks if you want to use other drum modules? If so, bonus!

I just received the Assembler and did some initial testing. Good first impression. Its layout is obviously compact so I probably wouldn’t use it as a live performance mixer (who knows tho) but it’s perfectly adequate for jamming at home.
