Ive had my digitakt 2 for about a month, was messing around with it last night after watching a you tube vid , about randomised settings, this morning, everytime i select track button one turns blue , i cant preview any other pads without first selecting track and pad number…
So ive just started a bew project and its fine, i reloaded old one …blue lights again??
Anyone experienced this?

I think that means you have the euclidian sequencer on. Because you mention experimenting with random sequences. You can change the sequencer settings using amp and func.
Another possibility, more probable, is that you are using “SLICE MODE”, in which case the keys are trigging each a slice.
Leave this mode by changing the trig mode (FUNC+UP/DOWN arrows) or returning to Grid mode (press NO the REC button).
BTW this is NOT a Digitone, but a Digitakt. I’ve changed the misleading Category you had chosen.
