I’ve only done one or two of these before, but I’ve been slowed down this week after being immobile/hospitalized due to acute back issues. I’m home now though, have stems chopped, and just loaded them for my first session with my TV. Should have an upload today or tomorrow.

I just woke up in a sweat to that heat. Did you get the drums directly from the track ? I was contemplating it myself.

The drums are a combination of one-shots sampled from the linda lewis track and also from a song by the poppy family straight into the sp202, and then from the 202 into my mpc as sample chains that I chopped into 2 drum programs.
Some of the vocal samples contain drum fills, but the core drum work is made with the one-shot kits and I was working more from the angle of trying to make the vocal samples that had drum fills in them fit with my drum patterns rather than sequencing my drum patterns to match the samples with fills.
