I want to sell some plugins. How can license transfer be handled, and do you know where’s a good place to sell them? How is the usual price reduction for used plugins?

If and how a license transfer is possible depends on each individual plugin maker. KVR has a huge marketplace for that kind of stuff.

Depends on the company as to whether it’s necessary to contact them before you’ve got a sale lined up. Have a look at the FAQs on each site or check KVR
Some now charge a licence Transfer fee or ilok plugings all have a fee irrespective if the vendor charges are not. So you’ll need to factor that in.
If they are the best Vsts available you can sell for a decent price, if not you give them away for not much.
