i was struggling to get a decent 2 box bag for my babies, but 3 ???

I would suggest a trolley …

when I did my research I brought the original paper cardboard boxes with me to the vendors, and said, I need a little something that can hold these 3 pieces (the boxes, lighter than bringing the actual OT MD A4)

also these things get heavy after a while… so carrying might not be feasable …

when Backpacking these, I constantly run into doors and walls especially in puplic transport situations, hence I figured, a expensive, high Quality trolley, which I could still carry up stairs and steps, but pull behind me…

my 2ct

… thomann producer bag (A4+OT) + elektron bag (MM) = heave and a lot of pendulum motion … bumping into things, worrying about knobs … trying to sit in a bus or subway cart … not really fun

Peli case.
I have a 1510 that’ll hold 2 Elektrons an OP-1 & a laptop (in the lid pocket).
The larger models will easily carry 3 units.
1510 can be taken as hand luggage on flights, larger version will need to be checked.
Peli’s ain’t cheap but they’re worth it. Beware cheap copies, they’re fine if your just chucking them in & out of your car but fly with them & it’ll end in tears

I don’t know, I’m more oriented on a trolley solution, I don’t like very much how the peli case looks (and now you can call me a pussy )

Are there any brands for enough strong-safe-compact-cool looking trolley suitable for the task?

the thing with the trolley is ( I am also a pussy when it comes to carrying shit around)

the gear needs to be packed , cushioned properly … imho … what better use than their shipment boxes ?

and you can bring them to your local trolley dealer and check for size, and make sure they close properly, PLUS a belt strap around it for extra security …

dont get me started on ball bering quality of the rolls … hard plastic VS full rubber …

you cant go high quality top notch price segment enough for equipment say 3 elektron boxes still under warranty prox 3 ooo gold coins? … should be at least 10 % of that price for the trolley…

but what am I talking …

uhm I don’t know, the original packaging of the beasts would be devastated in let’s say 3/4 gigs, and I want them in good state of health in the case I need to sell them when a new Analog Squirt bluetooth mkIII with Anal Bridge™ will come out in the market
