Last night I was playing with the OT only. It’s the first time I was only with the OT, and I was mic0in with my tabla, my didgeredoo and violin, live looping and playing with creating new sound and melody live… It got pretty crazy, and I realized how powerful the OT can be. I’ve seen video of ‘master of the mpc’ in the past where artist were really juicing out all the power of the mpc, but I haven’t found crazy performance on the OT, I’ve seen a lot of the OT being part of a live set, but not like someone really rocking the OT to it’s maximum potential. Anyone has few yt about this?
I suppose it will be different things for different people, IMHO I think @dataline has some really great live performances with the OT, where he is live sampling and mangling external gear, like for example this one:
