Yeh! Funnily enough my DT is the brain of my set up, controlling modular through a FH1 and 7 other mono and poly synths…it is A great little allrounder…

What you think about this? With 1500 i can buy this 2 elektron, is a good choice?

I’m curious on Octatrack as drum machine (samples mostly vs traditional kit) plugged into Minilogue XD and use oscillators from XD to affect Octateack and visa versa. currently use LPX, so can pull from there or other soft synths for samples. Would like to break away from DAW for awhile if possible. So figure could start OT for drums and then evolve.
yes, this is by far the best choice, way easier to handle as an octatrack and you can sythesize all the drumsounds you need with your minilogue.
XD does not have inputs by the way. The regular minilogue does however. And even then only the filters can be used to modify incoming sound. I was kind of disappointed but I could have also looked at the ports
