Free synth released today. Can’t wait to check this out.
lot’s of clever patching techniques worked in for speed. pretty cool environment. i like the wide open workspace and no racks to drop things in.
I’m very much into this but I wonder if and how it handles polyphony.
Did I see a Monome Grid ?
This nodal environment is calling me, really nice design
Yep, that was a Monome Grid used as a midi controller at 0:40 with no-idea-what-it-is another controller with knobs and pads.
this looks amazing for a free download. everything cool about modular without trying to mimic the physical constraints of modular.
Polarity (who normlly focuses on Bitwig) did a bit more of an extended walkthrough here:
I really don’t have time to learn something new, but this looks cool.
wow!! there is native Linux version!!
Kind of. The instruction are Ubuntu-centered, I did not try to install and use it with Fedora for now but some discussion are ongoing on Github for a better package/install experience for Linux in general.
I found a hint on how to get it working from clicking the Bespoke icon (in my case with Manjaro / Arch) in the AUR package discussion page (the AUR package is currently borked by a minor typo…): all I did was to copy the data directory of https://github.com/awwbees/BespokeSynth/releases/download/v0.0005-pre/Bespoke-Linux.zip to ~/.config/BespokeSynth/ and on a quick glance it’s up and running. No installation required.
since i’m on Ubuntu, i’m totally happy
bespoke got updated to v 1.1 today. VST plug in manager works great. lot’s of new features and fixes. A+
