I can recommend seeing Alienata (solid electro DJ sets) and Iron Curtis (mostly house but flirting with acid and techno as well).
If you happen to be already in town, Delta Funktionen (a personal favorite for electro) will play BH this weekend. As usual, getting in is always a bet…

As for places to stay, I can’t recommend much albeit living in town for 15 years.
I may be biased, but I’d suggest Kreuzberg or Neukölln. Friedrichshain is often an obvious choice, but it’s a bit touristified.

I haven´t been able to get in to Berghain since I turned 50!
Reckon it would be wild not to let Dave Angel get in any club.
You´re probably right and maybe they let him in instead of me!
Not a native - but visited often for work… True on Friedrichshain (very touristy, but also part of the fun was the people watching while drinking outside on Simon-Dach-Strasse). There are so many blocks of bars and restaurants in that neighborhood. Hard to beat if you’re just popping in town for a few days and want to pre-game before a club or chill.

About blank is still my favorite address for constantly good techno with no hype. Especially the Staub party, a day time party usually on (first or) second saturday each month (check on resident advisor) is great. Of course, berghain/panorama bar are still one of the best places for techno/house in Berlin. Since you said you’ve been to most of the good places, you will know about Tresor, Sisyphos, Renate, Oxi… Apart from that, I’d just second the recommendation to check resident advisor for the day you would want to go out. Have a good time in Berlin!
