Had one since 2018 no issues whatsoever with mine ![]()
There are multiple reports of DFAMs being wobbly due to an uneven bottom. Not the biggest issue, but quite surprising for the price.
…just…YES!
u can give it a try on dedicated single signals or a bus…but squeezing ur total mix sum through a bottom cheap wanna do spectral splitting and stereostage enhancement imaging like the pros device won’t do any trick in ur favour…at least, if ur not into all sorts of phasing wash outs and unstable cancelling issues all over ur sonic places…
OK I see. Was not what I experienced, but I guess quality can vary depending on different batches maybe.
i saw isobutane use one on an rmx1 and it sounded really good versus the dry sound. but i cansee how it would mess with a full mix. i can never tell if people are being too hard on old behringer like they are with new behringer, if there are exceptions, or if it’s justified
…like all brands, once they’re still new to the game, they try to deliver their best…
once established in the market, they do what the market tells them to do…
and if ur in for cheap alternatives, that’s what u keep on doing and nobody can deliver top quality for low price tags on the long run…
so, old behringer was defenitly not what todays behringer is…
as here mentioned somewhere already, i still got their very first genelec rip off studio monitors, my first and last 8" monitoring solution, in heavy use whenever i wanna jam out loud…purchased in the mid 90ies…worx and does what it does…
