ha, it’s not Road Runner, it’s think that’s a Balinese story cassette sampled into my RSD10, being triggered by a MnM sine.

i make sounds with machines when the mood takes me, mostly with elektron sequencers. i never really spend longer than 3 hours on a track, normally way less before it’s jammed live onto tape or hard disk, then i might edit out the really shit bits, re-order and it’s done. i love music thats been passionately slaved over, months of revisits, tweaks and subtle changes in the mix. i don’t do this as i’ve got a shite attention span and a punk attitude. i find combining machines to work together, whilst capturing an emotion, cathartic and meditative.
