Greetings good people…
Just took possession of the above as a used unit
Can access all the presets from Bank A but the button B wont engage to change to those presets.
I hit button B twice as stated in the manual but it doesn’t light up or change over…
Am I missing something? Do I have a dud unit?

A & B on the unit correspond to timbres, not banks.
Look at the section in the manual regarding monotimbral, bi-timbral and combo modes. If you are in monotimbral mode (which is default), then you can’t load a preset in the B timbre.

Thank you for the reply. Now having issues getting into System mode. Encoder 1 should allow access but am not getting that…Manual is not that well explained I have to say
Update: have worked out the button combos now…takes a little getting used to

Long press the ARP button, then use encoder 1 to navigate the System setting menus.
