BTW if you want to experience true disillusionment, get high and listen to Hallucinogen’s first album. Then (ideally several years later) find a Kurzweil K2000 and browse the presets.

But it’s true 
My father passed away six years ago. He was a wonderful man, passionate musician, and great lover of sound exploration. He also had a deep abiding hatred for the Orchestra Hit. For me now, its ubiquity is nice because it makes me think of him often.
