Backing up - collect all question

Hi!
My Digitakt is full, and it’s time to do some backup.
I have a few projects I’d like to save. For that I know how to save Sysex projects (via the great Elk Herd or via C6), but I’d like to avoir backing up the 1GB of samples I have on the Digitakt, because :

  • I only want to save 3 or 4 projects
  • I already have all the samples that are on my Digitakt in my big samples folder on the computer, and I’d like to avoid having one big samples folder, and one digitakt samples folder containing a lot of duplicates.

So in a perfect world there would be something like a collect all samples used in a project, so I could just save a sysex file and a folder containing ONLY the samples used for this project.
Is it something that can be done? It seems to me you can’t do that with Elk Herd, but maybe I’m missing something? How do you manage it, do you just systematically save all your samples that are on the Digitakt or do you manage to save only the samples that are used in a specific project?

Thanks!
