Back up files using C6

I have no problem SENDING files to my A4.

But I can’t seem to back up files either using the C6 of Sysex Librarian for the MAC.

I set the C6 to “receive” and then i send let’s say a pattern. The A4 will say that’s “sending is complete” however, no file shows up in the C6 window.

Is there’s something im missing? Under config in C6 i’ve got it set to the A4.

Did you set the input AND outport ports in C6?

where are these located? under CONFIG button i just see MIDI IN and MIDI OUT and i have the interface set to analog 4 for both.

Sounds like something on your A4 (MIDI channel for example) is not set up correctly.
