Audio input only works when analog keys pressed

Hello,

I have a moog which is connected to the Right input of the analog Keys, for some reason if i play any notes in the moog they do not sound unless i play keys on the analog keys.

Same with the minibrute it is connected to the left osc and nothing is triggered unless i play minibrute and keys at the same time. Im guessing its some kind of CV thing?

Do i have to change something at the configuration?.

Thanks

The audio input is not always active, it is controlled by the AMP envelope of its track on the AK.

So, you have to trigger a key on the AK to open the envelope (get the audio coming through).

You’ll probably want 0 attack in the AMP envelope.

You’ll need to set the AMP release envelope to full to get the audio to come through infinitely after a single key press.

Make sense?

Thanks, is there a way to leave cv on all the time?. Also, im trying to sequence them with CV and they only sound when i press a key.

If you don’t want to filter the incoming audio using the voices/filters of the Analog Four, you can monitor the incoming audio using the FX track. Select the FX track and increase the external volume on the Ext In page. That way you do not need to trigger anything to mix in the external inputs.

Thanks Simon,

Audio is coming thru that way, but how do i set up the CV to control the sub phatty?

I tried the next video but im doing something wrong

I have the next options in my Sub phatty to be CV controlled.

Pitch
Volume
Keyboard Gate
Filter CV.

As the video says im controlling

Pitch
Keyboard gate? is that the equivalent of GATE ?’

I tried diffetent combinations , cant get the cv to work on the subphatty or the Minibrute.

Thanks
