Arranger keeps playing one slice?

I have set up an arranger on my OT2.
But when it ends the arrangement, one (the last) slice on one of my tracks, keeps playing/looping. This doesn’t happen, when the track is played outside the arranger. I don’t see, what is causing this. Any ideas?

Seems normal if loop is activated. You can define slice duration with AMP Hold (step units) and Release.
You can think about an ending pattern.

Maybe I miss something but, in that case, the pattern is looped. With Arranger, there’s an auto stop, but triggered samples are played according to their loop / amp settings.

Thanks. It works now that loop is set to off.

I was in the wrong part, with loop set to on for that track.

It’s an interesting question, because Arranger END / HALT don’t behave like pressing stop.
Same problem with Plays Free tracks.
And sometimes (me often) you’d want loop on.

So if you want to keep loop on, you can use an empy pattern with CONTROL > SEQUENCER SILENCE TRACKS :heavy_check_mark:
You can set this per track in PATTERN SETTINGS (FN+BANK, grid rec off).

There is always a workaround with this machine. I’ll continue the fight with arranger. We’ll talk soon again

Thanks

Yes sadly it won’t stop track recorders either, a shame because it prevents accurate automated step length recording beyond 64 steps.
