Arpeggiator vs Sequencer

Does someone has experienced an Arpeggiator sounds different than supposed identical note trigs ? Or is it me that is missing something in gates or oscillators resets ?

Here is my modus operandi.
Track 1 : Let’s say I have a 4 bar/64 steps loop with an Arp set on 16 steps (it plays thus 4 times, with one trig at the beginning at each bar, until here very simple).

Track 2 (Same sound). I would like to have more freedom and make the groove richer along those 4 bars, but first I decided to write down the sequence mimicking exactly the Arp. No Arp anymore (OFF), but note trigs at the right places, and obviously same notes, same lengths.

Results, despite my efforts, Track 1 and 2 render different… Any ideas ?

You got any swing dialled in anywhere?

ARP Settings? SPD, RNG, LEN and NO2, NO3, NO4.

Thanks for the feedback !
No Swing. RNG set to 2, N0X not set but ARP setup with a particular groove (some notes off, other with +5, -3 etc…).
LEN set in the sequencer mode to match the LEN of the ARP
In fact the difference is not in the pitch of the note, but on the overall sound, as the envelopes were acting differently…
