Guys I found that sometimes when I change pattern on my AR the changing happens not synchronously sometimes. So it can be like 16/32/48 beats delay. I cant find way how to reproduce it, it just happens sometimes after 2-5 minutes.
Both devices in advanced length mode, with master length 64.

I found the problem.
When I switch pattern on my AR it goes to waiting state, and then, on 1 step of 1 page it runs requested pattern and sends signal to my A4. So AR doesnt send signal immediately to A4. In this way sometimes, because tempo of A4 is floating, A4 receives signal to late, and waiting for next 1 step of 1 page.
To fix this problem it needs to send change pattern signal immediately when I made it on AR.
Will write them message, hope it is not a big deal to fix
