Anyone feel like their Elektron unit is starting to fall apart?

I picked up my AR2 brand new about 6 mos after it was released. I’ve had to get the retrofit pad from Elektron that goes under the finger pads because my unit had become very difficult to select tracks/pads - the wrong pad would light up and I’d have to try about 10 times to finally get the right track/pad to light up. Now the individual out for pad 6/LT has started making all kinds of loud noises/transmission from outer space sounds (and it’s not the sound as it’s happening on all my kits).

It makes be worry that my unit is starting to fall apart. That would be a disaster live or in the middle of a recording project.

Anyone else starting to have issues?

That’s a hardware issue. Instead of running it (and possibly damaging it further) I would suggest to ask Elektron if they can repair your unit.

I’m in the middle of a recording project so I can’t ship it out.
