Any opinions of JRR shop?

Hi i bought an OT on Nov 30 and they dont ship my order yet its the first time i buy from them and the comunication via email its really bad it will be great to hear good stories from the elektronauts buying from JRR especialy if you dont live in USA i am in Mexico

I have nothing but good things to say about JRR Shop.

bought my OT from JRR Shop in October 2012. No problems, great email communication (They actually helped me LOWER my price!)

If I used software more, I would buy from them all the time. They always have good deals going on.

before I buy any gear, i always check JRR Shop first. Usually they have the lowest price.

Only good things to say about JRR shop from me - in the UK - my experience of email comms from them is that it can be patchy over holiday and busy periods - just keep spamming them till someone replies

I’ve got nothing but good things to say about JRR, but I probably won’t order another Elektron device from them, tho I will still buy Elektron gear and get other things from JRR. If I do buy anything else Elektron, I’ll be sure to make certain it is physically in stock before ordering. This is an issue with Elektron more than JRR tho.

I spent 6 months waiting for JRR to get my Octatrack. JRR were very good about trying to keep me in the loop, but there’s not much they could ever really tell me when all that Elektron would tell them is “soon” and “two weeks” for the ETA. If I had purchased through another retailer, it’s possible I would have received it a few weeks sooner, but a few weeks is nothing when you’ve been waiting as long as I was. Sweetwater and Guitar Center get a lot more stock from Elektron at a time and seem to get priority over a little company like JRR.

I’m sorry for the delay with your order. Elektron told me they will ship this on Friday and we will receive it on Monday. We will ship it to you immediately after we receive it.
