The one that got me into synth sounds as a kid. Would love to own but I suspect they’ll be bought out by speculators, middle aged collectors for their museum/studios, and the occasional instagram hipster before i ever get the chance.

No worries - if you’d like to hear more, the Ten Years double album is absolutely fantastic. 700 is one of his favourite synths so it’s featured pretty heavily in those tracks (took me years to find out what he was using).

Hey I resemble that remark! I’m a middle aged ‘collector’ who works 55 hours a week so that I can afford this stuff and yet have no time to play with it much. And I’m second on the list at sweetwater!

I’ve moved that direction myself. I’ve had a lot of grooveboxes and I had a modular at one point and mostly I prefer synths with keys though I’ve opted for some racked synths and occasional modules which save me a bit of space.

I had an OG HM-2 back in the '90s and it was awesome on a modded TR-606. Or anything really. I may well just pre-order one of these.

It’ll be interesting to get this alongside when my Cirklon preorder comes to put some $ down.
I haven’t quite gotten used to the Vector Sequencer just yet so perhaps I’ll sell that and a few other clocks to finance Cirkv2.
Funny, I was just thinking it might be time to sell my og version since the used price is so high now compared to how little I use it.

It’s insane. It’s almost like the worse condition they’re in, the more people will ask/pay for them. Still cheaper than a Strymon pedal though.
