Anime suggestions for someone who dislikes most anime?

Some of my favorite shows, they are not similiar to Attack on Titan, but they are peak Anime imo.

I loved Frieren, it was moving in a way I absolutely did not expect. The rest of these are on my watch list!

I’m really enjoying the new Gundam. There’s a lot of modern anime-isms that turned me off in the first couple episodes that made me wary but as it’s gone on that’s largely fallen away.

I recently finished Gundam: Witch from Mercury. It started a bit slow, and the school bits almost put me off, but once it got going I was absolutely hooked. Lovely cast of characters, conspiracy-laden plot, cool robot fights. I loved the world building, politics, intrigue, and really hope they do a sequel.
