Hello, I don’t understand whats wrong with my analog rytm mk1. I tried various methods, its all the samw. When I try to upload sample via elektron transfer, my analog gets stuck, wont respond. On the transfer the sample says “in progress”. I tried different cables, different usb ports, I tried restarting it, tried different samples. Nothing changes.
What version of OS and transfer? What usb mode? Is it directly connected or hub?
newest version, connected directly and usb midi mode
Doubtful that it’d be much different but have you tried OB mode?
MacOS? Windows?
Did it work before 1.72/Transfer 1.9? Do you recall 'round when it last did if so?
I encountered a similar problem with my M4 mac mini running Sequoia. Any attempt to transfer a sample via Transfer to my Rytm MKI crashed the Rytm. Using latest Rytm OS. Funnily enough, transferring the same samples does work if I use Transfer app with an older, non-apple silicon mac.
IIRC I emailed about the issue to Elektron and they replied they acknowledge the issue and a fix will be forthcoming when they have it. In the meantime, try to get ahold of some other computer for using Transfer with Rytm MKI
