Analog RYTM on pedal board

I want to use my Analog RYTM on a pedal board along with a looper pedal and other effects pedals. I’d like to buy a power supply like this or this that will the simplify power going to my pedals and other gear.

Will either of these power supplies work for the RYTM? Both include 12V outputs.

The RYTM is 12VDC 2A … I know 12VDC means 12 volts direct current… but what does the 2A mean?

Thanks!

2A means 2 Amps or 2,000 mA

Neither of those provides enough amps.

As someone who has fried gear, please heed all warnings and reconfirm before trying this.

OK, thank you!

Stemshade… ha, not going to plug anything into anything until I know it’s correct, don’t worry.

What do people use for their power supply for live shows?

The PSU that Elektron provides.

AFAIK there is no pedalboard power supply that’s going to have an appropriate output for an Elektron box. That being said, the PP2+ has a courtesey outlet on the back that you could plug the Rytm’s power supply into. I use that extra outlet all the time for power hungry digital pedals and it works like a charm.
