Analog Rytm MK2 rack mount problem

The device you have above the Rytm is deeper than the Rytm + kit were designed to accommodate. It’s basically impossible for Elektron to design it such that it could fit beneath every other rack instrument and also on desktop. To meet both those aims would require a hinge like you find on some mixers. They picked the Analog Four as the only other instrument it will definitely fit beneath.

Why Elektron can’t do comfortable device for rack using?

I don’t think it’s the device design, it’s just how it sits in this current situation, if you can’t leave space above the rytm and use a blank panel then maybe angled TRS connectors will work better in this situation? something like this:
