Hello everyone,

I was having severe pad sensitivity issues with my AR mk1. It got to a point they were simply unusable except for selecting/muting tracks.

I thought it could be useful to let you know I was able to fix them by replacing the carbon sheet that sit between the rubber pads and the circuit board sensors. I ordered the carbon sheet through elektron support.

I am no electronic technician and so this video was very useful:

It worked like a charm for me but please do it at your own risk.

Hey i had a similar issue and elektron sent me a replacement pad sheet which sits under the pads and requires no soldering or anything and the pads played like new after

its the elektron company main website where you make profile and make a ticket and then request they send you things that you need
