Analog keys key replacement

While my keys were set up for a gig, someone (no idea who) managed to break the middle F key from my Analog Keys, NOT HAPPY.

Does anyone know if the keys are replaceable (I’m assuming they are) and, if so, what type of keys Elektron use for their keyboards?

Also, could I purchase secondhand keys or would I need to buy them direct from Elektron?

Afaik they use Fatar unweighted. Ask E. If they can Provider you a new Key.

Awesome, thanks for the help! I sent a support ticket, but they haven’t got back to me yet, I’ll hold fire on buying new keys for a couple of days, but if they don’t get back I’ll just buy a replacement.
