Typically this is my MIDI setup:

MIDI out of Digitakt and in to Ableton

MIDI out of Ableton and in to my synths. I do this by using the MIDI out on my Focusrite Scarlet along with Ableton’s external instrument tool. This method allows me to take advantage of Ableton’s chord tool.
Now I’d like to do this using my Analog Heat MKII in place of the Focusrite. However when I set things up exactly the same way the MIDI data doesn’t seem to trigger my synths. Is there a reason why this wouldn’t work? Or perhaps a setting I need to change in the Heat? Kind of a specific/technical question, but I’d love to pare down and sell the Focusrite to save space : )
