Analog Heat +FX noise floor when using on master buss with overbridge

Hi

I’ve recently bough the AH+FX and love the tactile feel of it during idea creation with my DT2. Ive also been using the AH+FX in logic with overbridge on my pre-master mixes. I’m noticing a obvious noise floor when I bounce the master for the car test.

My questionis… will this noise floor still be present if I was to use the AH+FX as outboard device w/ TRS/ XLR rather than through overbridge USB?

I’ve attached a link to recent track when u can hear the noise floor on the master track. https://soundcloud.com/jack-burt-dj/jack-burt-chills-24bit-analog/s-r8WNnZ9uabH?in=jack-burt-dj/sets/creche-demo/s-9tB0kJ17VSo&si=bb4d8c2790ec452086066c7fc5705455&utm_source=clipboard&utm_medium=text&utm_campaign=social_sharing

That’s the heat :fire:

(Yes, my understanding is that it does have an audible noise floor. I don’t think it would change if you use TRS/XLR)

ok thanks!

found the issue. Using Ozone 9 massively pulls up the noise floor. When I use the stock logic limiter its soooooo much quieter.
