Analog Heat 2 is stuck and won’t reset

Hi, this is my first post so forgive me if I’m doing everything wrong. My Analog Heat doesn’t work basically even after Factory reset. It worked in the past.

These two buttons stay lit and I can’t make it change…

Any ideas?
