Analog four os1.1c PROBLEM!

i did installed os 1.1 with a great +drive capacity…then my machines did crashed!! i sent it for technical assistance …they reboot and install on it 1.1c.
Now i don’t look +drive sound !! --only empty sound memory
How can i do for install only +drive sound?
Or only previous OS unlock + drive sound?
Please help me!

do a factory reset instead:

switch it off.
hold function
switch it on
press trig 3
