Start your unit up in Test Mode
You will get to a phase where you can test things like LEDs and the screen and also the encoder ‘feel’
The encoder rotations will be accompanied by a light trail across the Trigs, use the response to your twisting there to judge if there is any issue with any encoder. If consistent, then the issue is not hardware.
If software feel is bad on one parameter, it can be resolved later and isn’t a flaw
