Analog four cable for cv out

Is there anybody having a good call regarding a single TRS 1/4 to dual TS 1/8 (tip to tip1) (ring to tip2) cable. I might start buying a couple of modules and would like to sequence them with my A4.

I use a pair of Hosa YPP-117 and a 1/4" to 1/8" cable. Got some of those for running audio from the modular through the A4 too, works a treat.
Haven’t seen an insert cable that has minijacks on the Y end.
