sucks the new update is out and i can’t upgrade my OS any ideas?
i try to update through the c6 manager but it refuses to acknowledge the installation of the operating system. it just says waiting for os upgrade even when the c6 manager finishes.
with midi cables i get the checksum error. is there an alternative to c6 exporter for windows?
Try it via USB and make sure C6 is set to USB.
Try via C6 with USB. Make sure your a4 is set to accept midi via midi+USB in the global menu.
have you tried with USB or only with MIDI cables?
in c6 config, check that the Analog Four is selected in both input and output.
in Analog Four Global Settings, check that USB is enabled in Midi Config (but this shouldn’t matter).
but if you’re on WinXP, I think several people have reported problems with MIDI sysex transfers…
Sorry i should have looked harder in the a4 menus.
i solved this by making sure the input and output in the Midi port config menu was set to USB.
